Construction of a new 37,000 square foot Chatham Park YMCA facility, including an outdoor pool, grassy play area, outdoor waterslide with splash pool, wellness, indoor basketball, outdoor airnasium, three studios, childcare, and locker rooms.

Licensed Intermediate Care Facility, 8,000 square feet, 10 residential living units.

The TLC Intermediate Care Facility, formerly Tammy Lynn Center, empowers individuals of all abilities to live their fullest life, serving children, adults, and families through on-site and community-based programs: educational services, respite care, early childhood intervention, community living support, and residential living.
