Drew has over 30 years of experience managing capital projects, with over 11 years as an Owner’s Representative / Project Manager and over 18 years with the General Contracting side. Drew is known in the industry for his balanced leadership, detailed planning, and ability to assemble high-performing project teams. He is quick to earn the team’s trust and to deftly manage complex challenges. Clients and stakeholders value his customer service and collaborative approach.
His work has led to successful outcomes for dozens of projects, primarily within the Senior Living, Non-profit, Multifamily Residential, Public Assembly, and Life Sciences sectors. Drew brings an energetic approach and deep experience with a wide range of projects, from as small as 2,500 sqft to as large as over 1,000,000 sqft. Drew holds the project team accountable and keeps the team focused as necessary to achieve the project goals. Every project has a unique set of challenges. Drew believes the success of the team is defined by how these are tackled.
Barret has over 25 years of experience managing capital projects, with over 10 years as an Owner’s Representative / Project Manager and over 16 years with General Contracting. Barrett is widely regarded for his excellent leadership, attention to detail, and proven track record for delivering successful projects. His success is grounded in his extensive knowledge, dependability, open communication, and ability to quickly adapt to new and ever-changing environments.
Barrett works to build a strong team environment around each project, holding all parties accountable, and he brings the experience and knowledge to look ahead and anticipate potential issues before they happen. Using his mix of professional experience, Barrett can dig in and understand complex construction issues while also keeping the team focused and the project moving forward.
