Replacement of existing kitchen hoods, installation of two new makeup air units, and two kitchen exhaust fans, along with the necessary ductwork and power to support these new systems. Removal and replacement of ceiling, relocating plumbing and gas lines.
Project work completed during the Club’s scheduled January shutdown, along with additional considerations for working in occupied adjacent spaces to minimize disruption.
