Faith Promise of the Triangle
CORE Collaborative partnered with Family Promise of the Triangle during the due diligence phase to assess the feasibility of their vision for a new temporary/emergency shelter.
Collaborating closely with the Executive Director and Board, CORE Collaborative developed a comprehensive project budget, schedule, and cash flow model. This critical resource helped Family Promise evaluate whether to move forward with the project or delay until additional funding became available.
CORE Collaborative also wrote, procured, and coordinated interviews for Civil along with Architectural and MEP, FP design Teams.
