Governors Club - Patio
Expanding the current kitchen space, including adjustments to the layout of equipment within the kitchen. Additionally, enhancing the outdoor patio by adding permanent, covered dining areas and comfortable seating, as well as installing additional fireplaces with cozy seating arrangements.
The scope of work also encompasses renovating and repairing the existing terrace concrete and waterproofing system. Governors Club is a nationally recognized private club community located in Chapel Hill built around an award-winning 27-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course and member-owned country club.
