Searstone Retirement Community
CORE provided Project Management and Owner’s Representative services to assist Searstone with the assessment of two rooftop air handlers serving common areas, as well as HVAC equipment serving the kitchen, pool and all other mechanical equipment serving Winston Clubhouse. CORE assisted Searstone with the assessment of the split systems serving the estate homes and, along with the project team, identified and determined the scope of work for repairs/replacement and preventative maintenance. After establishing a project budget and creating a master schedule showing the sequencing of the repairs/replacement, CORE worked with Searstone to create RFPs for the various scopes of work, identify contractors, and solicit bids. CORE also assisted Searstone with identifying incentives available for this work.
